I wanted to share how much I enjoyed Cary Magazine’s Momtrepreneur article this month, and reading about Beth’s story beginning Sweetbottoms. http://www.carymagazine.com/features/momtrepreneurs/beth-richardson
As a new small business co-owner myself, Beth is inspiring. My business partner, Alexis, and I recently shared our story of transitioning back to work as Momtrepreneurs on our blog: http://allwrappedupparties.wordpress.com/2013/08/08/workingmothers/ What I love about Beth’s story (and the others moms’ stories featured) is her ability to adapt as her business changes. Being a mom teaches and demands practice in time management, organization, patience and best of all, flexibility — JUST the right training for a Momtrepreneur! And oh, how I love to pretend I’m supermom, but I’m not either. It’s comforting to know I’m not alone on this front, and thank you, Beth, for the reminder to ask for help.
